found the solution, the problem was in the bluetooth serial app, it considered the command "10"(53.5V) as "1"(43V). the solution simplifies the commands to just 9 commands. now the psu can be set up to 58V. thanks all.

In my country the electricity uses 220v voltage. and I connected 2 psu in the same phase.

Yes i have set both to 1.20% current limit with offline command (default), along with setting output on, walking time, default voltage. and everything seems to work. I use this command for set current 03 F0 00 19 3F 99 99 9a (1.20%)

I think this is the old version. I bought it in used condition. The goal is to get a 20A charger. Compared to buying a new LifePo4 charger 20A, the price is much cheaper. Im so happy now :D
