Absolutely, new batteries are gonna be better, but for those of us who have stock 60v, we would still like to get max performance out of them. I'd be willing to pay a small fee for someone to reprogram my 2 batteries. Once they die I'll get something better but might as well run them till they quit.

PLEASE tell us how this can be done. Would be amazing to be able to re-program the bms instead of blindly bypassing it!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Yep. I bought from them. Took me a little longer. Maybe 3-4 weeks but had tracking all the way. Arrived intact and works perfectly. I beat Luna’s price by $500….and weren’t even in stock. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

    SURRON LB: RESEARCH & DEVELOPEMENT

Well, this isn’t Europe. And Woodys makes an amazing wheel. Yes the spokes are thick. Yes, it might be overbuilt. Yes, they do use Excel rims. And yes, my wheel cost $380 using my own hub. That included shipping and tax. And they turned it around in 1 week. That’s one week from the day I dropped...

    Quick EE question

I want to dim a small LED array. I have an 'always on' tail light and want to make a functioning brake light. I have e-Levers that will pull 12v high when in use. My thought is to just put an inline resistor on the tail light to dim it and then bypass it with full 12v from brake levers for full...

It'd be pretty slick if a co2 pump would be all you needed to carry for the time the seal popped. That'd make the tubeless setup a no brainer.

the Tubeliss system gets great reviews from the guys running it. Only downside for it is that it's pretty expensive, and adds a lot of weight. More weight than a tube.

No doubt. It's cool that it's been working. We now have a baseline for 'ghetto' tubeless (no insult intended, I'm just calling the gorilla tape tubeless system that. I run it on my MTB and works great.) Obviously at 12psi its trouble free for the riding you do. For me at least, I want to run...

OK just being that the tire will stay on the rim. At that psi I've not had any issues. As for spinning and not breaking a seal, I'm skeptical, but maybe.

Rim locks are to keep the tire from spinning on the rim, which does indeed rip the stems off. However, even spinning a tire without a tube in it is not great. At the minimum you don't move forward (usually when climbing or accelerating) and at worst you break the rim seal and get a flat. At...

Interesting. Wonder what fork they are using? I'm super happy with my Manitou Dorado Pro fork, but it wasn't a cheap upgrade. Would be nice to see a better fork come from the factory.

Any idea how to seal the rim lock?? I run rim locks on all my wheels and I'd love to go tubeless but don'y know how I'd seal that. Thoughts?? Also, what pressure are you running? Any worry about spinning the tire?

Yep. At least two vendors on eBay sell them. Available in +3/4" and +1 1/2".
