    hi i have until recently had no trouble but recently my bike is cutting out then when it goes again the motor is in reverse. then after a few minutes it corrects itself and i can continue my journey no problem. could this be throttle motor or wiring or controller prob. damp or water ?regards

    hi i have just travelled 19 miles with my ebike. 12ah headway batts. is that good average or what ? still had 55.4 volts left unloaded. my set up is actually 17 headway batts rather than 16 so starting volts is 60. dont use bms at all and never had 1 over charge. how far have you all travelled...

    okay just had a look at the diagram from grindz145 will go that way but the volts only go upto 44 my system will be aroung 60v any ideas on resistor for that or will just a 100 ohm resistor be okay ? regards

    hi so if i take one 12v 20amp switch and solder a resistor across the 2 terminals and then connect my plus from controller to it then connect the battery to the other switch terminal that will work and wont blow up ? regards

    hi i have a 48v controller it does not have a third wire on the power for switch just plus and minus. my question is how can i wire it to a on and off switch to stop the spark on contact? could i use another wire like the brake cut out wires ? regards and thanks .

    hi i have just ordered from bmsbattery.com one of their 60v micro 15 controllers. it states all the normal connectors but also says self learning connector what is this for ? if pluged in will it work out the correct phase with my motor or is it something else ? regards
