    Hobby King LiPos. 100 Volt 10 amp/hr. battery LiPo Battery built in December 2012. This set of batteries lasted 450 cycles and 8500 miles in the hot south Florida environment.

    The Problem of Battery Placement

    When I first decided to build a 55mph ebike this was a major concern of mine. I had no prior knowledge of ebikes until I stumbled upon this forum. IMHO the EV Global frame/placement is ideal.

    Awesome ... Thanks so much for the offer. Definitely very cool... However this was months ago and they failed after I sold them on eBay. The buyers emailed me and told me about the failures. I emailed Yescomusa and they sent me new ones and I in turn shipped to the ebikers who had the failures...

    That is what I did to marry the Yescomusa motor to the Lyen 12 fet controller. I believe the GM and yescomusa have the same wiring. Others may want to chime in to confirm.
