VESC Doesn't respond when battery cells get to 3.9V

Hey guys, I've been riding with the VESC quite a lot not but there is a problem i can't seem to solve. Every time my battery reaches under 3.9V per cell the board stops working. I'm running 6S setup so when the voltage gets to 23.4 it just stops running. if i disconnect the power and re-connect...

    My new Nano Longboard build

I usually ride it at about 15km\h (around 10mph) top speed gets to 25 km/h (18 mph) Feels like the perfect speed for a board this size. and with the 8000mah it gets amazing range. Honestly i wouldn't change a thing, great little board for transportation around town.

    Manual Brake experiment

Hey, looks nice but what do you need it for? why not just break with the engine? I though about a freewheel gear so i could glide more and use less engine, then indeed a brake will be needed but with a regular design whats the need? Thanks

Hey, Awesome work, so i ordered everything and got everything to work couple of problems i ran into: 1. but the thing is too sensitive - as i see it, it all starts with the stick it outputs 128 on neutral - then at about a third of the range 255 (which is the maximum it goes up to) and in the...

Looking for a DIY Arduino remote Tutorial

Hey, Thanks for the quick answer, Yes! I have seen your post. TEE_COZY'S Brushless Longboard

I agree, you should understand that this ESC does not have a brake. One of the eboard's best options is the brake in my opinion. Is you intention indeed a 'non-brake' skate?

    HTD3 in 9mm width WORKS!

great design! very nice job. my only input is it's too bad that the motor mount isn't bigger than the motor - that was it could have protected it from the ground. are you going to add a shield?

    Bucefalo [Project]

I would recommend different batteries because those are rated to 10C constant and 20 peak. go with at least 20C const. in my opinion.
