    CYC X1 Gen 2 5000W

I don't think a 90A battery would make BAC855 catch fire, unless you really screw up the settings. I'm running BAC855 with a battery that is rated 150A continuous (72V). I've set up overcurrent & SCC protection in BMS and in addition installed a 100A circuit breaker to the battery side just...

    CYC X1 Gen 2 5000W

I think you should just write them and ask. BAC 855 should connect via bluetooth, with the backdoor app (at least for android), when the system is powered. Good thing with this motor is that even tho it isn't the easiest motor to setup and maintenance, the CYC people offer absolutely fantastic...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I posted a short review on page 10 & 11 in the spring. After 5000 km, I can definitely recommend this motor. The only issue I've had is that it has "skipped" gears a few times when pushing hard and lately I've been more careful with it. The Chinese don't seem to understand that a 100 kg guy...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I guess if there was a real quality problem we would get pictures from several people... I got the TSDZ2 because I wanted a momentum controlled drive and there were no other decently priced motors available at the time. I think you can drive 10000 miles on every single motor on the market. On...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

http://i.imgur.com/xjefDLc.jpg Would I suggest the motor? Absolutely yes for a hobby bike, not really if you drive around the year and require 100 % reliability. I have other e-bikes which I use for daily commute so for me this motor makes sense. Power comes out very smooth and you can...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I decided to buy this motor over the well proven bbs02 and Q100H motors. + Feels as smooth as a Bosch motor + It is light and has more than enough power for most cyclist (I'm 200lbs and got to 53 km/h on a bad road) + Less cables than other motors (just one to speed sensor and one to display)...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

It's winter here in Finland, so can't much about the motor quality etc. , but the ride I got was nothing short of amazing. Acceleration feels rapid and smooth at the same time. Haven't tried really high speeds or longer rides because of the ice, but considering some power calculations with the...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I think I'll give it a shot. Would seem like I have a bit thinner bottom bracket than that Cervelo R3. It's not like a 1k€ Bosch drive anyway so if it doesn't fit the Cannondale Caad8 it's not such a big loss.. and I have a soft spot for "low quality" chinese mid drives. Drove around 10000km...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Is this motor reliable enough for a road bike? Need assist on 20-25 mph range.

Cute Q100 lightweight builds slow mtb, fast road

    - Would the 328rpm version of Q100 do well with a 36V battery in a road bike and flat ground? - Is there a substantial difference why to choose front/rear motor? - Have you found any controllers that could be made somewhat invisible and/or thief proof? Got absolutely tired of cycling long...
