    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

The larger white plug inside the case that goes from the controller to the motor was plugged in wrong. Who knew you could do that?

I have a friend who replaced his controller, and everything seems to be working fine, except there's no power. Pedaling or with the throttle. The display flash went well, and the display is working. When you peddle you can see the torque from the rider is much higher than the power shows from...

Anyone know about/tried TOSEVEN Mid Drive?

I will try these settings and let you know what happens tomorrow. Thanks for your effort. I appreciate it. The manufacturer has everything written down somewhere that tells you exactly what does what and how. Why they won't release that to at least their dealers, I don't understand. THANKS!

Anyone know about/tried TOSEVEN Mid Drive?

I have a TOSEVEN DM01, but I need the manual that covers all the advanced settings. Without that, the torque sensor is not sensitive at all. I've done a lot of searches and can't find any description of all the advanced settings. I think it's great that there are all these settings we can dial...

    Hardware temperature control tsdz2

I did everything you want to do three years ago. I sealed the three areas that need to be sealed, the area that the torque sensor wires go through, the area behind the controller and the wires, and the bearing behind the blue gear. I used silicon to seal it with and a new double-sealed bearing...

Electrifybike.com still has some new LCD3 Displays. If it were me, I would buy an 860C. It is by far the best display.

Does anyone know what this could be besides wiring or pedal being pushed at bootup? It is a friend's bike, on a new install. He doesn't have brake sensors.

Has anyone tried version 3? Is it less noisy than the last version?

    CYC X1 Stealth (NEW)

I just found this new video on version 3 of the stealth. It looks to be improved in many ways! But it still could be possible to overheat because it has a air gap between the motor and case, and it is still louder than other motors. https://youtu.be/Ghl8-eg7AOg

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

:bigthumb: As I scan through the posts, it looks like there are so many problems and limitations with most of the displays but the 860C. The 860C is much better than any of the other displays by far. It is easier to Use, Program, and change settings when you are riding and see in any light...

    Programming the Bafang Middrive BBS01+BBS02

When a mountain bikes tire loses traction the BBOS2 motor stops. Is there a setting that can keep the motor from stopping or at least help it from stopping as quickly.

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

If the large nut that holds the motor in if it is not completely tightened the case can crack. I hit the wrench hard with a rubber or dead blow hammer.

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

The sound you hear is most likely the one-way bearing in the blue gear. Just like all the parts, the quality is not consistent. It can be larger than should be bearing, and or the motor shaft could be smaller. It turns up most of the time when there is too much torque, like riding or trying to...

    CYC X1 Stealth (NEW)

I have been able to ride 200 miles with the X1 Pro at 1000 max watts, using the 11-72 motor drive, with a 36 chainring and a Nexus 8 hub with an 18t. The first thing I noticed is the motor RPM is a four-digit number but drops the fourth digit most of the time, 100 is 1000, 250 is 2500, and so...

Yes, it starts to boot on its own. The motor doesn't work, because it stops on the boot screen.

I wonder how much brass gears quiet it down? From the NOISY power assist it is.

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

I just had a friend call me with something I haven't seen before. His TSDZ2 has been working great, then today as soon as he put on the battery it starts to boot on its own, and stops at the boot-up screen. The power button fills normally when you push it. Any ideas about what this could be?
