600W 10-60V to 12-80V converter

For anyone interested, here is one at a lower price on ebay.

EDIT: wow, just lower, the price was $24 on the original one when I first saw iirc, but that has dropped to $21.

Haven't needed to yet - need to get my electric motorcycle running first before trying to up power.

The main issue would be to ensure they output at exactly the same voltage so that load is evenly distributed... I had some information somewhere on load sharing, but I lost it a while back... I'll try once I actually have a need to experiment

If I haven't said already, these things work a TREAT off of the 3kw 50.4v server supply that can be had for $30 on Ebay, it's great cheap bulk charging combo.

The 3Kw supply is 50.4v output, and feeds into the DC-DC which I set to 66.4v to charge my 16s Konion pack. Haven't measured current yet as I popped my 60v Wattmeter on it...

Have you tried to put 2 wattmeter?
- one at the server output and see how many amps/watt it deliver
- one at the converter output and see how many amps/watt it deliver

You can have a 3kw server and only have 50W output from the converter. That wouldn't make it very useful
