Ive never had a conversion kit not work on using a 48v 10AH sla pack before until this one. Contacted them and was told that they dont run on less than 17AH packs but yet the older ones Ive bought ran fine on those packs, smh

One of those price kits not working out of the box is far from a first.

Sounds like they are real experts.

Your kit should run, at least slowly, on a 48v 1 ah battery,,

But if your current battery cannot put out 25 amps without sagging below the 42v low voltage cut off, then it would perform very poorly on your current battery. Your lead could be dead,, I don't know.

Does it light up and turn the wheel at all? Like with it off the ground? If not, and you have over 42v,, then the problem is they sent you a controller that does not work,, or there is some other problem, like a poor contact on a plug.

Pure BS. it doesn't matter if it's 1ah, or 100ah, as long as it doesn't sag below LVC, it should work. However, the voltage must be no more than 60V. The display limits max to that.

Well found out what the problem was and it wasnt the controller like I thought it was. Oddly enough the LCD was the culprit. When they made the LCD they labeled it wrong, literally. Everything was labeled backwards, cruise is power and power is cruise, PAS up is down and down is up, smh.

LMFAO whats new in that department
That is classic
So typical

Atleast you werent trying to figure out the wiring for the controller.

I thought you were going to say it was just the wrong lcd altogether, for your controller. God only knows what random programming they give it.

You would not believe how much effort and time go into just programming the controller and lcd for a high quality kit. It's not box shuffling.

At 200 bucks a kit,, it is.
