Anyone have one of the 36v900w Cyclone kits from Arizona Ebikes? Their site says this kit comes with a 36V/1.5KW controller, and that it can be run with 24v or 36v.

I would like to know how you switch between the 24v and 36v. Also, if the controller is 1.5KW, does that mean its going to try to push 1.5KW into a 900w motor?

hi

As for the switching ? i think it is fully automatic one. No switches. the controller for 24v is said to handle 36v, so the 36v can handle 48v too. "my advice is to get the 36v or 48v controller only"

i am using the 36v 900watts kit, so far is still okay. running very well. I am using 48v 20hr, the range is good easily more 50km per charged. so i only need to charge my battery after several trips. the 36v 900watts my top speed can clock 63km/h or slight more. i adjust my top speed gearing is 22t rear wheel = 50km/h. this setting will give me very good troque for short distance speed.

cheers
