Best cells for a small pack (and avoiding fakes).

I'm looking to make a relatively cheap and lightweight 36v battery pack that I can carry around for a day for a motor with max draw of 15A. Looking around it seems there are many options, but I'd like to stick with lithium ion based tech to match my other battery (came with the bike) and avoid needing an extra charger, so roughly 10S2P of 18650s seems appropriate.

The "30Q" variant of the INR18650 seems like a sensible option, but there seems so many around that may or may not be fakes. For example, these are impressively cheap, but I'm guessing probably fake. I'm not fussed about them being Samsung etc, I'm looking for a cheap pack that doesn't matter so much if it gets stolen.

Is the 30Q cell a sensible choice? Is there a reliable seller on Aliexpress or elsewhere that ships to the UK for a good price? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
