Best rack

I haven't seen anything close to outdoing this. (I guess I've asked for it now)
The ad said bike was ideal size for caravan or motorhome. I think they mean you can fit a caravan in the rack.

seat post mount means that rack has a very low weight capacity. weight sticking out that far back is going to put a lot of torque on that mount. i would have suggested some braces to the rear axle.
looks to be a little electric folder?

Yes, I agree with bgnome. That thing will likely snap under load.

Topeak make a very good carrier attached to the stays with a quick release. Perfect for a rear basket or bag.

Pricey but convenient.

I thought it very funny, like the unloaded rack itself exceeds the weight capacity of the whole bike, with more aluminium in the rack than in the frame =D

I've not seen this Bosch battery, but they're doing an easyfix rack with locking battery level for it.
