Can someone please help me identify wires on currie throttle

Hi, I got this throttle from a GT shockwave scooter I have, I believe it is a hall throttle.
I was hoping to use this with my Adaptto Mini-E controller and to avoid controller problems I need to know what the different wire colours are for.

You should be able to tell from the scooter it came from by following the wires to the controller.

I found the combination with a battery and multimeter, if anybody else is wondering it is: red is positive, yellow is ground and green is signal.

I've bought some WE (wilderness energy) thumb throttles with the same color coding. Yellow ground is a head scratcher.
