This is my build of an eBike using a Cannondale RZ One Twenty with a Lefty PBR 120 and a Bafang BBS02B motor.
Specs:
This conversion is amazing, only miss the torque sensor to smooth the ride, but after understand the way Bafang works and prepare with anticipation the bike for climbs, choosing the right gear and assist level it goes to places that I never could go before.
Specs:
- Stock unchanged Bafang BBS02B 36V 500W with 500C LCD
- Battery 36V 14,5Ah
- 42T Narrow/Wide chainring (perfect chainline)
- 12 speed cassete 11-51T
- SRAM GX 12S derailleur and shifter
- Shimano Deore 6100 hydraulic brakes
- Brake rotors: Rear 203mm and Front 180mm
- Wheels Spinergy Xyclone 26"
- Convert BB30 to BSA for the motor to fit (Cannondale KP009).
- To fit the battery the FOX Float RP23 must be inverted to open space (also invert the bushings).
- 3D printed custom box to hide the connectors near the motor
- 3D printed motor protect cover Bafang BBS01/02 Protector
