Disc Brake Spacer

Anyone know where to buy a 5 or 5.5mm spacer for a standard 6 bolt disc (Avid BB7 160mm)? I think the bolts are M5.

I bought a MAC 350W front hub with 100mm dropout and 15mm recessed disc mounting surface. My bike had Deore on it with approx 10mm recessed disc mounting surface. I've tried to offset the caliper in by 5mm but that makes inside caliper edge rub the hub motor. I guess I could put individual spacers on each of the 6 bolts but I'm not sure how safe that would be.
