does sevcon gen4 need a pecharge resistor?

Hi all,
name is Florian, from near munich Germany. Been lurking ES for years now, gotten so much knowledge out of this awsome place.
Only by now i would like to post a question.

I do have a converted kawasaki zxr400 with me1115 on kelly.
By the end of last year the controller srarted to give me trouble, so i got my hands on a sevcon sice4 gen4 including new me1115 as a matched pair, preprogrammed.

I may have simply overlooked the info but i wanted to be sure:

Does a sevcon gen4 need a precharge resistor...or not ( i think it does it internally by it self??)

It has its own pre charge (and contactor control, the right voltage for contactor has to be programmed)
No external pre charge needed.
