The forks were from classic in germany Ron, and the extender is a generic quill adapter, you could find on ebay.
I got mine here:

I made up some 8mm per side torque plates and added disc mounts. I forgot the allow for the rack when placing the calipers on the CAD but it was easily overcome with a 15mm standoff to bring the side strut of the rack out and allow the caliper to move freely.
Customer wants small rotors. (That's you Jo!) Subject to change
Two motors sitting now. The front is also a V2 aluminium core, with a 28mm stator, but a faster wind at six turns.
I forgot to post an update. I shipped this bike to the customer on the weekend and he is understandably stoked.
The bike pulls really well with the dual motors, and I ended up just mounting the 1kWhr pack on one side of the panniers, but it doesnt feel unbalanced at all.
I'm happy with the steer tube extension on the forks, it's nice and rigid.
I used bmx halflink chain to get the axles to sit right back in the steel torque plates. Works well.
Beautiful bike! Its about time I electrified my electra revil, I have the same issues to overcome - 110mm rear drops, 1 inch wide 1 mile long steerer, oh and no good brakes.. did I say beutiful bike?
Matt.
