It claims to be 'bike-lane-legal' but fails to acknowledge that the matter is bound entirely by state law. In my state, ebikes (motor assisted cycles) can have up to 3750W, have no weight or speed restrictions, but cannot have an enclosed passenger compartment - so no ELFs here. I ride the Greenway every day, but running an ELF on the Greenway here would be as illegal as riding it on the road.
