Ezee kit controller flashes

I recently purchased the ezee front wheel motor, controller and 48volt battery from ebikes.ca and after it is fully charged and I turn it on the light on controller flashes every second. My past ezee controllers emitted a steady light. I have only used bike once. Any idea what this means

it's been a while but last time i had it happen to me was because there was water in the controller ( got in from the holes on the back ) .. once i opened it up and dried it with a hair blower, it started working once again.... so likely throttle or hall sensors.... but i cannot say for sure

I just learned the new controllers do this in their normal state so all is well thanks

I have not seen a 48V controller, but all of the 36V Gen I and Gen II controllers I have seen have the diagnostic LED steady ON and it only blinks to indicate a fault.
