I'm wondering if anyone has a charger they love/favour for their AA and AAA NiMH consumer batteries.
Kids toys and RC remotes seem to be my main uses.

I have a stack of new cells from HK, but would like to start with a good delta charger.
The current consumer chargers seem to be timer only perhaps temp cutout but not cutting out for individual cells.
The main thing I want from it is to know they're really fully charged to capacity, which none of my consumer chargers do.

This kind of thing looks spec'd well:

I have an "Energizer" compact charger and one fast charger I can't remember the brand (actually bought it in Wallmart 5 years ago). The Energizer is a slow charger (170-190mA for AA cells), it stops when done, I don't know what it uses to stop. The fast charger is all "fancy", several LED modes, 12V input, etc. I have bought severa+l brands of NiMH cells, from white brands to brands like Panasonic, and the verdict has been the same on *all*: the fast charger ruins them within 3-4 cycles, the slow charger makes them do at least many tents of cycles (still using the cells the fast charger didn't ruin).

I decided to follow the sheep and give the Maha Powerex MH-C9000 a try, so will report back hopefully consistent with all the reviews I found on it.
