I've figured it out
The bike is not finished yet, but it looks pretty good. I plan on replacing front bmx rim with the one that's fitted in the rear. I'm also going to replace front disc brake with hope 4 I have some stickers on the way too. But for now this is my bike:

how did you do for variable regen?

Bike is finished now. It has bigger battery and new controller.
