Hello all. Picked up a qyroor HR8 yesterday for my niece. It is brand new, and straight out of the box, it sounds terrible. All kinds of grinding sounds. Is there something I was supposed to do in the controls or something that I was not aware of? Do I have to program it or something in the display? The manual is absolute garbage and completely useless. Any and help would be absolutely appreciated. I have to mention that this was the last one in stock too. It is a birthday gift for her and I want it to be working properly. I have no problem getting her something else, if this thing is junk, I just wanted to check first to make sure there wasn't something I am supposed to do..
