Headway 38140 cells from BMS battery

I have purchased two batteries form BMS Battery . One good, 48v 10ah LiFePO4 38120 Headway cells , the other terrible, 60v 24ah LiFePO4 38140 cells . The 60v battery has 12 cells, out of 40, that have FAILED after only 30 cycles. Leaked or went to 2volts ect. BMS will not respond to inquires about this. Don't buy batteries from them, unless you like to gamble on quality. Next battery 18650 cells only, like TESLA and BMW use . LiFePO4 cells are heavy and apparently unreliable .

Well they sell packs made with genuine Panasonic 18650 cells, very similar to those Tesla uses, and the packs look like they are made very well.

when people say they failed after 20 cycles then you gotta just wonder. i have never read a thread on this battery and no pictures or info to evaluate his claims.

I believe the 38140 is relative new. Mine only deliver 10ah not the rated 12ah. The other battery with 38120 cells has delivered up to 11.8ah rated at 10ah. Yes BMS does sell 18650 battery packs only puppies, 36v I need a wolf 60v 100a .
