I'm trying to measure the consumption of the battery charging for the Evolve carbon series, the Evolve battery equipped 10 amp 36v lithium polymer, the load is done with the rapid charger 42v 4amp
has not been able to verify consumption because in the first measurement has marked a Overload

Could anyone tell me how to program the Overload parameters?

I use a GreenBlue GB202G - Wattmeter meter energy consumption with these features:

GreenBlue GB202G - meter energy consumption
Nominal voltage: 230VAC 50Hz.
Max Power: 3600W, 16A.
Working temperature: 0 ° C - + 50 ° C.
Measurement scales: 200V ~ 276V (± 1%), 0.01A ~ 16A (± 1%), 0,0W ~ 9999W (± 1%), 45Hz ~ 65Hz (± 1%).
4.OVERLOAD setting for GreenBlue:
Press“ENERGY/+” button to select the “OVERLOAD” screen,Press“SET/OK” button more than three seconds, it will enter into “OVERLOAD” watts setting, now“W”is flashing.press “ENERGY/+”or“COST/-”to setting“W”or“A”.
Remark:
A、If you press the button but don't do any response, it will quit the OVERLOAD automatically. B、When current load power exceed the overload parameter which seted before, the “OVERLOAD” will keep twinkling, it means dangerous and have safety loophole, system regard as initial parameter 3680W.

interesting... I hope I misunderstood that you are trying to charge a 36V battery w. a 48V charger..

the method you are attempting should measure the energy going to the charger (which will be higher than the energy truly going to the battery)

Whatever parameters are actually activating the "overload" should be checked in the powermeter and "released"
are you able to tell us the default values ?

I think I have not set any parameters in the meter. Can you tell me what data to enter?ImageUploadedByTapatalk1426076529.832978.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1426076539.967906.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1426076552.757339.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1426076563.701329.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1426076577.435554.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1426076588.919838.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1426076600.755851.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1426076611.972242.jpg

Well...
It's not clear for me if this "overload" function relates only on the power used by the "load" (seems so)
especially since you haven't changed the default values, and you wrote that by default, the "overload" is set to 3680W, and your charger is 180W : you should not have this "overload" message...
I haven't found the user manual online either...

Can't you reset this "overload"?
are you sure your charger as a ground pin ?
are you sure this "overload" mark activates when the powermeter is in use and that you are not in a programming step of the powermeter?
Could you explain us how do you proceed ?

Sorry... only few ideas but nothing clear to help you yet

Upload the overload to 5680w

10 minutes charging and wats up 45,5 in firts 5 minutes, 10 minutes work 50,5 wats

At this moment is work
