There are other ways, but the easiest way is to use a Cycle Analyst version 3 (CAv3) and the RC shunt that goes with it. The CAv3 has an RC mode. You have to open it up and desolder a wire and move it somewhere else (see here: http://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=37964, especially here: http://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=37964&start=225#p571345).
