So apparently, this bike is made to have a pretty good pedal experience when you're not using the motor.

How hard would it be to upgrade the top speed without totally messing up the pedal experience?

By ripping out the noisy, stinking ICE and putting in an electric drive train you'll greatly improve the pedal experience even when you are using the motor :lol:
