Its time to change something. i was an iam still happy with my daily commute bike (signature), but the wish to go a bit more Offroad was
every mile with me....

so i will be use this Topic for me to see how the baby grow up

Last year i searched about the right frame....the old DH Comp Frames are "Sold out" in Germany.
Another Frame with changeable dropouts was from Germany:
ProPain Rage

Nice space for Batterys in this Frame. But also not much on the Market.

I found the Scott Gambler with IDS Dropouts....

Unfortunately this Retail Bike shrinks your bank account a bit under 7000$

i liked this frame
l liked the colors

and hell yeah...it was a 2012 frame...so there are enough "Must-have" freaks out there
who wants the bigger, better, newer stuff and i catched a last sample brand new for a nice price :D

So the journey starts here:

Iam not sure about everything...
using my old 18fet with a cro motor?
or get a new 24fet....?
but where can i strap the controller? 18fet is slim
24 fet is a big baby.
going with single speed? or using my 4080 with air vent and a 9x freewheel.....
batterys at front fork? since the additive v2 bag...dont think so :p

the Frame arrived last Saturday. Now iam trying to make a good/best dropout drawing.

What did you think about my first idea?! Is it better to insert motor/axle from downside or would it be better from behind (like Greyborgs frame)

I have scans of the dropouts on my computer at work I'll try to post them online for you

Hopefully tapatalk won't have resized this good luck with the dropouts.

I have been teaching myself inventor (autocad) and reckon I could probs make custom dropouts for hi power hubs for ids fixtures. Just got money priorities for a house rather than the bikes at the moment.
