Smarter than a Smart Car

This month I've been involved with moving house. It's only six blocks but after 12.5 yrs in that place I left my job which included a rent reduced apartment in the building I managed. Paying the month's rent on two places allowed a fairly casual move with lots of trips on a loaded Xtracycle.

I love electric cargo bikes. They really are smarter than a Smart Car, and can carry more cargo too!

Next month will be dedicated to reducing my pile of stuff at the new place.
Three days of yard sales returned $915 without selling any of the six excess bicycles or putting a sufficient dent in the spare parts buckets.
Having used the boiler room as my shop space for twelve years I accumulated too much stuff. Lots of it remains to be dealt with by the end of the month.
There's still ~4 trips to the community bike shop with donations. The nearby Sally Ann got seven heavy loads of donations.
Then on to the used book buyers and antique shops for disposal of more junk.
Dealing with the typical craigslist flakes is going to occupy untold time until I'm rid of the rest of the stuff I don't want.
busy, busy, busy converting crap to cash and making space for another ebike.
