These LiPo's seem like they are well suited for a DIY pack

Depends on the chemistry, for example hobbyking lipo are more like 3.85v nominal in reality..
The seller probably has no clue.

These are interesting but probably only a few C; low performance, long life lipo.
Expect them to be 2C cells. Yes... 1C and 2C lipo does exist.
 
And of course there's nothing wrong with a good sized battery pack that only does 2C and only pushes you back and forth to work and 30mph either.

If you are considering getting into these: do your self a favor and go find Cell-man's threads about how he struggled with doing terminations for that physical format, a lot of good discussion and trial and error as I recall.
 
If you guys are seriously interested in these, i can buy two and test them with a CBA and/or iCharger.

Let me see some hands.
 
I saw on that candlepower forums that the seller was looking for a tester. Good find auraslip.

I don't see why a turnigy/zippy pack style of termination wouldn't work. Circuit board material can be cut to do it.
Maybe i could buy the crate and sell my own neptronigy brand lipo.
