Votol em200/2 chain problem

Hi. I have problem with Votol em200/2 + qs138 v3 70h.
After exceeding a certain rotational speed, the chain resonates

The problem is visible in the video on YouTube

I have an identical motorcycle with Votol EM260 and the problem doesn't occur

Any ideas?

What are each of the differences in settings?

Or is every single setting in each controller identical to the other?

Can you put a tensioner or chain guide on the bottom part of the chain to help keep some added tension to it.

A couple of experiments you might try. That chain looks pretty loose, and I would not be surprised if just tightening it stopped that whipping. Compare it to the one you have that does not do that. Make sure it is well lubed as well. See if the sprockets are rotating off center. Looks pretty violent there! I have an E motorcycle with a 520 chain and 11/49 tooth sprockets and when the chain gets loose I can hear it rack sometimes when I ride it then after tightening/oil it stops that. Since you have another identical bike you have an option to compare or switch some parts if it comes to that.
