Which fets? Standard or Logic gate 4110's

Hi there,

I need to to order some new fets to try and repair and old blown analog crystalyte controller I have and I'm not sure if I need the standard ones or the logic level ones.

I vote standard

Standard. They are more resistant to false triggering and if you have a 10-12 volt gate bias voltage you don't need logic level anyway.
