Hi guys,
I am running a 1500W setup (KT-LCD 3) with a 48V/60V controller and a 52V 20Ah battery. The problem I am experiencing is that for some reason the battery-low threshold at setting C14 (=0 already) kicks in and the motor shuts down (with battery flashing on screen) at around 48V. But this is a 52V battery, it should go down to 44 or so. I think the problem may be that the controller treats it as a 60V setup, which would explain the cut-out at 48. Does anyone know of a solution for this problem or have I just wasted some money on an incompatible battery? :( Many thanks !!

Can you set it to 13 instead of 14? 48v is where you should stop, if using lithium cobalt battery. But your could lower it 4v to 44, if you can set it to 13.

If you can't, your battery will like shallower discharges, but it sucks to not have that last bit when you really need it.
