Just a quick question... I have been trying to get in contact with Justin at Ebike.Ca for the last week regarding getting a new Cycle Analyst and I haven't been getting any replies. Has anyone been able to make contact with them since New Years?

i just ordered parts from them yesturday. i called them, they called me and several emails all in about one hours time. talked to zev. He talked me out of the high dollar items i thought i needed for my wifes bike and sold me what would work fine for what i wanted and at a lot of bucks saved. I also bought a controller from them for my bike. ( thanks for the tip Mr Fletcher) I hope it all turns out good when i get the items.

I have to say out of all the places i've contacted regarding ebike accessories etc Ebike.ca are the best. They may not be the cheapest but they managed to do everything i have wanted and needed, and they make the cycle analyst
