Jack, this looks great! So, were you able to enable CANBUS on a non-CANBUS unit - without any additional hardware? Or were the mods necessary? Do you have a repository with any of the code? Is that a WT32-SC01 you're using as the display? Thanks!

How's the battery look now? Was looking at doing something similar with the Bmax/Clarity batteries. I was looking to go 20s or stay 24s, connected end to end, but with the aluminum heatsinks removed from the middle for weight savings. Having gotten too far on that project yet though.
