I made a special jig to place the disc to the table of the mill perfectly aligned. Then I cut some about 0.1mm material from the bottoms. Yes. Mine doesn't work well. It needed some tolerences or I'll have to remove some material from the disks manually.

@tangentdave did you use GearTrax for the cycloidal gears or hardcoded equations?
