Does anyone know if you can use a 100mm BBSHD with a 68mm bottom bracket by using spacers? Will it throw out the chain line? Any other issues? Not the best way to do it I know but I already have the motor. Cheers

I am looking to swap my 73mm motor with a very kind ES member for a 100mm but it got me thinking is it possible to buy a new part to make my 73 mm 100mm? I know you can buy nylon gears, spare motors etc Is this possible? Cheers
