Thanks for your responses everyone, I now have an update
I have tried 5 different controllers from 5 different manufacturers and got all of them to work well with both of the motors in sensored and sensorless modes.
But still can't get the KT to work. I got a controller/motor tester and here...
I'm listening to what you told me but you are not reading what I wrote you!
I'm saying that the connectors on the controller I've got are different from the one in the pic.
The throttle connector is 6-pin which is something I've never seen on those Chinese controllers before so I posted the...
Seller finally answered, from [6pin (du pont female) Red + Black + White + Green + Brown + Yellow: Z5 + GND + SD + D(M)S + Battery Positive + DM(S) (???)] he told me to use red black and white for throttle, connect green and yellow together and leave brown out.
It didn't work. Time to send it...
I bought a controller off Aliexpress which was supposed to have the connectors you can see in one of the attached pics
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000329604046.html (the 22A one)
It was supposed to have separate connectors for throttle and LCD (seller said they will short the LCD...
My apologies for the not clear at all post, I guess I was so pissed the motor stopped working I just posted whatever came to my mind without thinking or even reading before submitting the post.
I uploaded a new video, should be clearer than the old one, I also included a pic of the wires...
I replaced the wiring on my hub motor and now the hall sensors are acting up. Blue LED on the tester does not appear to work in the video but it does if I turn the wheel very slowly.

Do you think that I shorted...
I ordered a multimeter.
Thing is that both motors work perfectly fine with 3 other controllers I've got, smooth rotation and less than 1A no-load current. These three controllers all have self-learn wires but they are square-wave and have low Apms ratings that's why I want this KT one to work.
It doesn't have an angle switch, I think KT controllers can detect the angle.
anyway, I got a new controller from a different seller and I'm still getting the same result!. My luck can't be that bad, two faulty units from two completely different sellers!.
any possible reasons other than a...
Could it be a faulty controller?, I connected it to another motor (Identical one, DD gearless) and now i'm seeing different behaviour; smooth rotation on low current at low speeds then noisy on high current as I accelerate then the motor stops completely.
I got a KT36/48SVPRM-SJT01L to use with 500w gearless motor.
I tried all the 36 possible hall/phase combinations but I coudn't get the motor to run at no-load current.
I got it to run very smoothly in the right direction but it was drawing 14Amps.
any ideas?
Tried all the combinations. Motor either stuck, spisn in the right direction but makes noise or silent but goes both forward and reverse. I guess I'm just going to run it without connecting the hall sensor for now while I find a solution.
Thanks for the advice, I did that and manage to get the wheel to spin in the right direction but now it makes loud noise when accelerating, I guess I need to experiment with the order more.
I did get in touch with seller and they kept insisting that my motor is faulty even after I showed them...
