Joachim, I will be building one almost exactly like yours, hope you don't mind if I ask a few questions for guidance. How did you paint the wheels, just rim or spokes and all. I want to paint just the rims on mine. Any prep advise would help.

Don't think the lower one is aluminum. I saw one site that said it was then in the same ad said it was steel.
