Matt The most common connection is now the Mennekes type 2 connector. Do a search on that and IEC62196 and you will get all the information. The outlet can supply different maximum current depending on a signal supplied by the car cable and plug. Supply can also be single or 3 phase. Charles

Sounds like you may have the sensor encoder out of sync. easy to reverse the motor, just swap any two motor wires, and the equivalent encoder wires. The enclosed diagram might help.

I'm not much good with rpdos, these are external communications sent to and from the gen4. There is a section in dvt_helper for configuring them, so have a look in there and you might find something. Probably something to do with the extra control board you have on your bike. Good luck!

The dvt software only views what's in the controller. There is a screen in tree which shows all the io and analogue values. Are you still getting a fault in dvt_top get fault information? If so, is there a hex code listed?

If the contactor is operating, then it might be something to do with the forward /reverse switch, any other fault such as throttle pot wiring or seat switch etc. will give an error code.
