    eggrider V2

I swapped out the TSDZ2 on a cargo bike with a BBSHD and an eggrider display a couple of months ago, and have been experiencing what I consider to be anomalous behavior. I've only been about %25 successful when trying to change PAS levels. I have to repeatedly press the up/down button to get...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Yes. It's called a "crank puller". About $15. You'll also need a bottom bracket tool to remove the bottom bracket. It looks like kind of like a socket drive. About $20.

Tsdz2 firmware open source adapted to vlcd5, vlcd6 and xh18

Thank You marcoq !! I have several of these ( TSDZ2 ) motors installed on different bikes. Some with different versions of the opensource firmware, and two with the "stock" firmware ( just one now). I recently installed vM0.16.C and Configurator_Beta_0.1.4 on a cargo bike with 48v motor, 52v...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

It's push and hold all 3 buttons, for like 10 seconds, which I found to be awkward at best. My recollection is a 3 digit number appears in the bottom right of the display, with the left most digit flashing. I think that mine started off at 150, and I was only able to increase it to 250 (w)...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

The biggest difference was power. When I switched from a VLCD-5 to a VLCD-6 on one of my bikes ( 48V, 750watt ) power was limited to 300w and speed was limited to 25kph. Changing the data memory ( as outlined by Eyebyesicle ) had no effect. Changing to the 52v ( "stock" ) firmware ( as...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I've purchased 3 of these motors ( and just ordered a 4th ), as well as one Bafang BBS02. The BBS02 is, to my 62 year old ears, nearly silent. All 3 TSDSZ2's are not. I wish that the Tongsheng motor was as quiet as the Bafang, but in all honesty, the modest noise that I hear might be an...

TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

With the stock firmware, simply twisting the sensor so that it's another mm or so away from the magnet works for me, which might be the simplest solution :)

TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

Yes, often. When it happens to me it means that the magnet is passing a bit too close to the wheel speed sensor. But I've reverted back to the "stock" firmware and VLCD-5. ( couldn't get 0.14.1 to work, probably needed to clear EEPROM, going to try again at some point... )

    Problems with pswpower.com

Thought I'd offer what I hope is a final summary on my issue with pswpower. On 8 October I notified pswpower that the motor kit they shipped me had arrived with a cracked display. They ( "Alice" ) asked for a photo of the damage, which I sent. She then wrote that she couldn't read the...

    Problems with pswpower.com

Ordered a mid-drive motor kit from them and it arrived with a cracked LCD screen. Sent them pictures of the screen and their reply was something to the effect of "we check product before ship and was good" (as near as I could understand the broken english ). So what! I certainly wasn't...
