How did this go? My 01 r1 threw a piston last year and I've been considering something similar after building a qulbix raptor up to 25kw and needing more battery capacity and frame space.

Has anyone messed around with unlocking the max voltage on these conrollers? Kind of missing a lot of my battery capacity (24S) after switching from old EM3EV controller. I can't even charge my battery up to 4V a cell now :cry:

It's kind of expected to put a gasket at each end of a $500 controller when even Chinese kids can remember to put the little rubbers in $20 Chinese controllers. One gasket on just the wire side, which faces down anyways, is absolutely ridiculous! That's what I call either forgetful or not...
