    TSDZ2 - Temperature sensor LM35 issues

I have installed an LM35DT which I think is the LM35 with a tab that makes it easy to screw to the motor. It all seems to be working ok, I've set it to show an error at +75C and cut-off at 85C. The only weird thing is the temperature display (VLCD5) shows an increase until it gets to 62.4C...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

You could just remove the motor end cover and have a look. Beware there's a rotor spacing washer behind the cover when you remove it.. Just saying, but if that's a picture of your motor it doesn't look like it's fried. To remove the screws properly you will probably need an impact driver or...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Not 100% certain but I think it's possible to remove the dust cover without removing the chainring (Saves a bit of time), from there it's fairly easy to remove the two screws holding the controller in place. Need to dig out the silicone holding the cables in place and sealing them as well..

    TSDZ2 full suspenion bracket

I use a hammer on the plate spanner and wack it up as tight as possible. Never seem to have a problem doing it that way..

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

Ok thanks, I'll try making the alterations. I never use Torque assist mode but I'll make the changes anyway. By the way it's a fantastic job you've done. Wish I was as clever... :thumb: UPDATE:- Excellent the changes worked and the motor is now flashed!! Out for a test ride shortly.... :thumb:

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

A slight issue:- I have a VLCD5 display and on startup have it set to show SOC% which on a fully charged battery is showing 62.4. As per a post in this thread somewhere to obtain SOC% = 99.9/100% the display needs to be set to MPH in it's menu and also set to MPH in the java configurator but...

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

Hoping someone can help with this. Shortly I am hoping to install a LM35DT temperature sensor on the motor. I am aware of the settings within the java configurator that need to be enabled but I don't understand how to get the temperature to display on my VLCD5 screen. I've read the manual but...

Tsdz2 firmware open source adapted to vlcd5, vlcd6 and xh18

Sorry if this seems a stupid question but I'm not sure what processor my motor is using, it's a 48V 750W version. Looking on youtube there appears to be contradictions, either stm8s105x6 or stm8s105x4 processor. Which one is it?

    Dash cam

Wondering if anyone's fitted or considered fitting a motorcycle dash cam to an ebike? I recently fitted a Tongsheng motor and was looking around for dashcam and came to the conclusion that a motorcylce dashcam could be ideal for an ebike rather than a typical bicycle type.
