Glad you like it! No they arent dished. I re centered the axle on my geared rears and also the Direct Drives (No more dishing!). I found them to be a bit weaker when dished (harder to keep true). Im running mine on 2 36V phylions (series) on my DD Speed Controller. Rear on a Schwinn Clear Creek...

How many amps is the switch rated for? I did this on my trek and it also lowered my speed under load as the switch was unable to put out the amps under load. Also a dead or dieing cell will do the same thing under no load it will go the same speed but once under load it will be your weakest...
