the volage is good and so are all the connections

heres some photos,because i still dont know how to start it....

the motor works, and the batterys arent chaging too well but me and my dad have narrowed the problem to the controller, we are going to order one and we are probly going to get batterys too.

i checked each batterys voltage and they are all the same, its been on the charger since 12pm. (i took the chager off and tested them). i still dont know how to start it, or i did do it the right way but the motor could be bad, because all the connections are good.

The are 3 batteries, bigger than a regular alarm battery but i can get them at my local ADI store, it has a seat but you can stand, where u can stand or sit is how i get to the batterys by unscrewing the panel and 2 of the 4 screws for the seat,it has almost regular bike brakes,i can get to the...

none of those match, it says New Star E-Scooter, then on the steering shaft it says FLYER, also i cant take any pics cuz im on my laptop and my phone isnt working.

Hey im new to the forum, but anyways today i was at a local goodwill and found a New Star E- Scooter, i bought it and its on the charger right now. It has a key but i dont know how to start it. I searched the name of the scooter everywere but i cant find anything, HELP!? :?: :!: :?: :!:
