I had the same problem. My was so bad it shear some of the sprocket.

can you plz measure/confirm the axle length that exits the stator side hub? I have a total length of 30mm, but from the bolts head for the brake to the end of the axle thread is more like 26mm

I just order to Bafang 48V500W BPM Front Driving Hub Motor 328 and plan to converted to a mid-drive. Does anyone know how to do this exactly. Is there a key holding the axial to the stator like the Mac motor?
