Ready for some gear tweaking... Currently 30:15 with 24", but it might turn out to 28:21 for better acceleration... Planning to make some recorded runs for topspeed and acceleration tests.

Thanks for sharing your experience. It looks like it will come down to some serious calculations or testing IRL... (?) Until now the Phaserunner didn't have a problem with the 88 volts, might first test it with charging the cells to 4.28 to get to 90v

Thanks, I'll update as soon as I get some testrun footage, but it looks promising, with 30:15 I hit 55 mph (laying flat on the bike), but only starts pulling hard from 15mph, so really need different gearing. Well.. it might tear into pieces eventually, but I've put more 4 mm tick metal back...

Update! We're almost there.. Just need a bit more tweaking on the CA3 and Phaserunner settings, find the right gear ratio and finish it off with the original decals.. :-) Currently testriding it with 30:15, but looking into 28:21 for better acceleration, combined with the 24" wheels

Some more pics.. Ordered some ABS sheet to shape the new battery housing, so I can prepare a plug for a mold to pull a new carbon/aramid cover from it. Looking into adding some extra tabs to the inside of the frame that attaches to the battery cover, so it will be more crash resistant.
