I didn't mean to derail your post but I did want to make you aware this isn't a one-off thing with Luna. No problem! :D And, I suppose so. I'm assuming they generate enough revenue and profit from filling retail orders versus their complete/custom builds.

They do very well at filling basic orders and supplies. They do very poorly with filling complex orders. The latter is where the dissent is coming from.
