    lifepo4 16S batt pack problem

Don't mean to dig up an old topic, but I came across this looking for answers as to what a full charged headway cell should really be at. Just like all other battery technologies, these don't discharge linearly. The first bit really has almost no power (look at the discharge curve in the pdf...

Unregulated power supply creating buzzing noise. No idea why...

Just went through another cheap one I posted above in under a week. Ordered the meanwell 600-54A, so we’ll see if my problems persist. Thanks everyone!

    Headway cells stopped working... Help?

Battery is pretty new, maybe 100 cycles so far. I did find a lose screw while charging today. They are all the same voltage, 3.32 volts. When I try charging them, they simply take no charge. Same charger, I get 12 amps charging. But with these 4 cells, they pull 0.3 amps (according to my...

Unregulated power supply creating buzzing noise. No idea why...

Meanwell HLG-600H-54A seems like a good one. Just a bit pricey though. Thank you for the responses everyone! @fechter The one I'm using right now says the limit is 500w. But the watt meter I'm using says 489w while charging, so I'm not exceeding the limit. If they say it can do that, to say...

Unregulated power supply creating buzzing noise. No idea why...

Hi, so I was using this 48v (10amp max) charger to charge my 15ah headway 14s1p pack: https://www.amazon.com/Adjustable-Converter-110V-220V-Switching-Transformer/dp/B0777MH681/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1535136629&sr=8-8&keywords=48v+power+supply And after a few weeks of use (maybe 50 full...

    hub motor mounting

There is no universal design with hub motors. I think ones that screw onto the hanger are most common. But theres no standard. If your hubs don't screw onto the axle (in which you can use red locktite or expoxy to permanently attach it), then you'll need to recreate the mounting structure on any...
