never thought of putting the anti-torque washer on the inside . thx m8 will give it ago :)

ok i have a problem fitting my rear wheel. the trouble is the gears, how did you fit yours ?? if i use the torque washer then the gears has to go on the outside of the washer, but then there is no way to stop the gear turning on the shaft apart from the 2 flats on each side of the shaft ...

thx folks , this sounds better than i thought it would , i have a 10ah lipo that i bought 4 or 5 years ago but its been in storage for 3 years or more , i keep it charged so cant wait to see how far that one will go, my new 15ah has turned up today in the post so i will be taken that one with me...

im NEW TO pedal assist sensors . do you have to keep pedaling with these or can they be disconnected ? im used to not having them and don't really want to use the one in my new kit , are there any real benefits to having pedal assist sensor? this is the kit i just bought...

will it still work with out the pas ? i have a kit coming and was thinking of leaving the pass off

thanks folks , i forgot to mention i cant use peddle assist, i can peddle to get the bike moving, but really thats it , due to the c.o.p.d .. i can peddle a few secs now and again, i need to cover a 8 mile journey each way so thats 16 miles , and was wondering if i needed to get a second battery ,

any one knows roughly how far this setup will go on the flat roads carrying a 22stone fat-git ?? :D :D 8) 1000w 48v 15ah hub drive .. controller rated at 17amp with max rate of 35amp with a top speed claimed at 28mph , will it go further if i put the settings at a top speed of 20mph ...

thks 2old ,, threads are fine , but something is making the chains come off , the peddle cogs run true ,, gears are fine with plenty on the tension springs so not slack chains , i changed the sprocket inside the main pedal sprocket to a good quality one when i got the motor as the original one...

i still have my gng with belt drive after 4 or 5 years and still using the same belt , yep the original one, now its been in the shed for the last year and a half , and now the chains keep coming off , any one had this trouble ? i have checked and can not find any slack in the chains or...
