I decided to buy the Schwalbe Marathon Efficiency 27.5 x 2.35 (60_584) replacing my Maxxis MTB tires. It's ok, it's not to narrow for the 27.5" wheels (y). I'm totally satisfied, going to visit my parents in sport mode, I used to finish at ~7% of battery, I'm now at ~30% (y)
